The travel planners at Adventures Await planned the most wonderful, magical Disney vacation for my family. Everything was perfection! Adventures Await enthusiastically jumped right in to gathering all the information they needed to start the reservation process and learn what our preferences and needs are. We stayed at the Grand Floridian main building and our rooms were stunning. Adventures Await ensured we had everything that was needed upon arrival and throughout, including a case of Redbull delivered for the college aged kids with us . All of our restaurant reservations were made and our meals were perfect. Each day Adventures Await was online at 7 am making our ride choices and ensuring everything we wanted to do was set up. It was amazing! I didn't have to do anything on the Disney app because Adventures Await took care of it all, with such enthusiasm! They truly love their job and sets such a high standard for their work. From the moment we arrived in Disney until the time we received the eviction notice (aka, the list of incidentals we charged to the room throughout the week at checkout on the tv screen), every detail was well coordinated, set up, and executed to perfection! This was the BEST trip to Disney ever, and we did everything on our list because Adventures Await ensured it happened. Use Adventures Await for your travel adventure planning, they take care of every detail and she is highly communicative, responds to emails right away, is so very patient, and knows their stuff!
